YAAAS.
From what used to be the worst truck in the midsized class to Truck of the Year winner. Go GM.

is nice. Im glad someone is making the 2001 f-150 again. ...see what I did? Thats what sixe it is. If this is the light truck segment....well lets be honest. Call it medium. I like the truck but can anyone tell me this is a better buy than a used 2011 v6 f150 crew cab getting similar mpg?
Ill wait for a used diesel colorado. 5 years from now.

This may be unpopular around here, but I really don't like this thing. Or at the very least, I don't see any reason to like it.
Its just a trucked scaled to 85%, that doesn't offer anything new. Sure a diesel is coming next year and thats cool ….. but I really want to see those EPA numbers before I even think about liking that. If it can't manage 30 I think I might literally lol. If they did the diesel and gave it a V8 option right from the start I might of been more inclined to like it.
And I know this is subjective, but I really don't like the design. Not I don't like it in a you tried and failed with the aztek, way. But a I don't like it as in holy beige Camry. I didn't know Grand Theft Auto was into making real cars? I've pooped more imaginative things.

There's only so many shapes you can use on a pickup.. I personally enjoy the bland styling compared to the last one we had.

Well that might be the most relative thing I'll read all day.

I just got through driving one. Like, 10 minutes ago. I feel like it's well deserved.

Thats ok. I've told by some pilot friends to never fly the -100 or "A" version of anything. I'm quite sure this applies to a used model of the first model year of a new vehicle. In six years, will I actually want a potentially very unreliable diesel GM product? Eh...well see.

The first year of almost any vehicle launch is usually the one with the most problems and the one that you do want to avoid.
Now when it comes to the diesel engine, that thing is already being used outside the US.
2016 Model Year though will be the first time for US commercial sales.
